The HealthRise South Africa grantee partners were announced as part of the July 19th satellite session Thinking Collectively on Integrated Healthcare in Communities: How to Address Co-morbidities while Building Resilient Health Systems and Improving the Lives of Individuals. Co-organized by The Lilly Foundation and Medtronic Foundation, this session explored how to build integrated health systems to address both communicable diseases and NCDs.
